Necessities for sprucing up kitty

In this kitty-haus, we have many daily/weekly/monthly/occasional routines…

Grooming: The kitties are adept at self-cleaning but as we people-suffering-from-rhinitis know, the cat’s saliva dries on their fur and becomes dander. This contributes to the allergens in the kitty-haus so the rhinitis worsens no matter how clean and airy we keep our home.
Other than showering our kitty occasionally to remove the dreadful kitty dander, it is necessary to brush-brush often!
Brushing often may still be unable to prevent fur-balls making kitty uncomfortable so we need the hair-ball control formula too. Got one without petroleum jelly for kitties long-term health benefits.

Trim kitty’s claws every week to prevent in-grown nails and also to stop kitty from shredding our furniture.

Pest control: Clean kitty’s ears regularly with damp gauze or a little baby oil. Use a cat suitable ear-cleaner if the gunk is really bad. It kills mites too. Ensure kitty is protected from all Fleas/ticks/mites by applying our preferred control med monthly. Especially as kitty is allowed out to roam the great-corridor almost daily, goes for walk-walks on leash regularly and I bring strays home occasionally.

Help kitty maintain a good dental health for life by brushing our cat’s teeth regularly. Daily is preferred but not possible for some cats, but I try to do it as often as I can. I use gauze in can-food juice, gauze and pet toothpaste, gauze and water or the pet tooth-brush and gum massager in pet toothpaste based on circumstances. Give dental helpful kibbles for daily maintenance, as well as some help in their drinking water…

What a lot of work!!!
